On Tuesday June 11, the WVFC assisted the Newmanstown Vol. Fire Co on three different house fires.

First call was a truck fire endangering a home. Initial crews had a working truck fire but there was no danger to the home and Ladder 47 was cancelled.

Second was a chimney fire and Ladder and Tanker 47 made the response. A crew from Ladder 47 assisted with roof operations before going available.

Third call was smoke in the basement which was determined to be a furnace malfunction and Ladder 47 was cancelled.
